California Legislation SB 210 requires all vehicles with a gross weight of 14,000lbs or more to go through the Heavy-Duty Vehicle Inspection and maintenance program. The California Air Resource Board (CARB) oversees that vehicles meet the program requirements and will deem the vehicle as compliant or non-compliant.
